Cash and personal checks for full treatment or insurance co-pays are accepted at this time.  For those of you with HSA or standard credit cards, I can also accept payment through Paypal.

Insurance

Most insurance plans now require a prescription for massage therapy services. The prescription should include the start date, the number of suggested treatments and the diagnosis code (ICD-10 Code).

I am happy to assist you in determining your insurance benefit coverage prior to your first visit. Feel free to call (206) 715-0960 and leave your insurance company name, member identification number, date of birth and spelling of your name as it appears on the card. I will call the insurance company for you and get back to you with your benefit information and a variety of possible first appointment times.
