Massage is the art and practice of providing relief to tight muscles, blood flow to under-used tissues and the reduction of stress so that all of the body systems work in concert and more efficiently.
My goal in working with each client is to determine their needs, chart a course for better health and wellness, and provide outstanding service to achieve that goal. The end result of this cooperative work between client and therapist is a more balanced and pain-free body in which my client may then go forward and use in their own unique way.
